Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, California State Licensed Physical Therapist and a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. I have helped thousands of patients achieve better health and balance during the past 12 years.
My approach is to combine the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with western medicine concepts of Physical Therapy and Exercise Science. I have taught an integrated approach to health and wellness to people of all backgrounds and age groups with various health problems.
I have studied Ayurveda both in India and received a certification at the Ayurveda Healing Arts Institute of the Medicine Buddha Healing Center, California. My Physical Therapy training has involved numerous advanced study courses in rehabilitation and injury prevention and exercise/fitness.
I believe this integrated approach to healing helps increase energy and strength, while removing toxins, restoring balance of internal systems, developing a focused mind and emotional stability to handle stress and be compassionate.
In the spirit of giving and sharing knowledge, I have created this website to impart the time tested wisdom of East Indian Ayurvedic medicine and modern medicine concepts of Physical Therapy/Exercise Science. My aim is to create a community of kindred spirits who share their knowledge and experiences so we may help all living beings stay healthy and achieve their life purpose.
